Ashwagandha paste is made of Ashwagandha leaves, Tulsi leaves, turmeric root, ginger root, black pepper and lemon juice freshly picked from our garden for an easy and effective dietary supplement. Use within one month after opening. Keep refrigerated. Suggested uses:

• 1 tspn* of paste to 8 oz of coconut water.

• 1 tspn of paste to 8 oz of coffee/tea/water (hot or cold).

• 1 tspn of paste to 8 oz of smoothie of your choice.

For sweetening and best effects, add 1 tspn Ashwagandha paste to 1 tspn of Turmeric Jaggery Syrup in hot water and drink it before bed time. *tspn = tea spoon
