½ tspn* of roasted masala to 2 cups of boiling water, then add 1 tspn of loose tea leaves or 1 tea bag. Boil for 5 min and strain it in a cup. Optional: Add 1 tspn of Jaggery syrup or any other sweetener of your choice. Add 1 TBSP* of milk in a cup to make Milk Chai.
Add 1 tspn of roasted masala and I cup of plain yogurt. Marinate with 1 lb meat or vegetable and add salt and pepper lemon juice according to your taste.
Add 1 tspn of roasted masala in 1 lb of cooked meat or cooked vegetables at the end to get the full fragrance of masala.
